First of all, in fact, you will have to cut the toe of the sock, thus obtaining a sort of stretch cotton tube. Then tie your hair in a ponytail as high as you can, preferably at the top of your head, so that you can move easily during the night, when the strategic hairstyle will "rest", or rather will work and it will act on your hair.
Moisten the lengths and apply a hair foam to prolong the hold of the waves. This last step is not mandatory, but highly recommended to have greater resistance once yours waves they will be created, and you will want to keep them as long as possible.

Roll the sock on itself along the entire length of the hair, until it becomes a sort of elastic thicker than normal, but where you can insert the tail.
