All you need to know about the new decree and its reopening
New decree, new provisions. The Premier Conte has prepared the measures with which to move towards a gradual reopening of the country. More elastic rules than a few months ago, but not elubìdibili for this. Of course, it is finally possible to breathe a bit of freedom, but always and rigorously filtered by the masks. The strict rules for a conscious restart are mainly three: keep your distance, avoid crowds and wear personal protective equipment. It is forbidden to leave the house if our body temperature was equal to or higher than 37.5 ° C.
Small note: it must be kept in mind that, if the contagion curve were to increase unfortunately, many of these indications will be revised. But here's in more detail everything that will change from today and what we should expect from this new normal.
Masks: instructions for use
The masks will be mandatory throughout the national territory and will be worn in public places indoors, on means of transport and in all those circumstances in which it is difficult if not impossible to respect social distancing. On the other hand, children under the age of six and individuals with disabilities that prevent continued use as well as those who interact with them are not required to wear it.
Yes, travel
From 3 June, travel between the Italian regions and to and from the Member States of the European Union, the States belonging to the Schengen Agreement, the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, Andorra, the Principality of Monaco, the Republic of of San Marino and the Vatican City State.
Beauty centers and hairdressers:
Access will be allowed only upon reservation. Customers will be able to stay inside the venue only for the duration of the treatment and must comply with the times indicated to them by the operators, avoiding delays or cancellations. Both parties are obliged to wash their hair. There must be at least one meter distance between the workstations. In beauty centers, the use of the protective visor and the FFP2 mask without valve is also required if the provision of the service requires a close distance. Employees in the sector are recommended to change and wear their work uniform only once they arrive in the store and to wash the latter as often as possible at a temperature of 60 ° C. Obviously, after each treatment, all the equipment must be disinfected.
The rules for some HEALTHY shopping:
There are exonerated entrances depending on the size of the room in question. Up to forty square meters, only one customer can enter at a time, in addition to a maximum of two employees. In larger environments, however, it will be necessary to organize the accesses according to the space available and arrange, if possible, differentiated entry and exit routes. Customers and operators will be required to wear disposable masks and gloves. The lines outside the shops must be ordered, respecting the rules of social distancing. In addition, to avoid an excessive influx of people, it will be possible to apply an extension to the opening hours.
Driving schools:
Driving schools will be able to reopen from 20 May. As regards the theoretical exams, the provisions establish that, where possible, these must be carried out with Plexiglas dividers on the three sides of the station. After each exam, computers, desks and anything that has been touched by the student will need to be sanitized. During the practice exam, however, the candidate, the instructor and the examiner must wear a mask, visor or protective goggles, disposable gloves and, before getting into the car, it is their duty to wash their hands. Also in this case, once the test is over, all objects will be subjected to sanitization. The duration of the exam will be 25 minutes, of which a maximum of 15 on the road.
Shopping centers and local markets:
The rules envisaged for the reopening of shopping centers are as follows: measurement of the fever of each customer, cleared entrances, sharing of elevators only if the distance of at least one meter is respected, differentiation of entry and exit routes. In the local markets, however, customers must follow the horizontal and / or vertical signs to avoid crowds. The use of masks and gloves is always recommended.
Gyms:
The date on which the gymnasium is scheduled to reopen is 25 May, 31 in Milan. The expected distance between those who decide to train and the instructors themselves must be at least two meters. Since the changing rooms are strictly banned to the public, it is good that customers reach the sports centers already dressed appropriately, otherwise they will have to change in the common areas, equipped with sealed bags in which to store personal waste. Admissions must be limited and, in smaller gyms, by appointment only. In the pool, on the other hand, swimmers must maintain a distance of 7 meters and clothing must be strictly kept in their own personal bag.
Hotel:
The solutions to be able to return to stay in hotels are as follows: physical barriers at the reception, online management of reservations, automated check-in and check-out systems, sanitization of the work surface and shared instrumentation at the end of each work shift, use of the mask for guests and operators during their interactions and when it is impossible to maintain the right distance.
A "summer by the sea
The umbrellas must be spaced to ensure an area of at least 10 square meters around, while sun loungers and deck chairs must respect a distance of at least 1.5 meters. All equipment must be sanitized at each customer change and, necessarily, at the end of the day. The distancing must also be respected on free beaches. Reservations and the use of outdoor spaces will be preferred, for which the payment of the tax for the occupation of public land has been suspended. The tables will be sanitized at each customer change and we are talking about disposable tableware. Customers are advised to make digital payments directly at the table to avoid crowds at the cashier.
