The marriage? Great for his bones

Marriage is good for the bones, especially for men. This is no joke: this is supported by a research by the University of Los Angeles, just published by the magazine “Osteoporosis International”.

The study was conducted on a sample of about 300 men and as many women between the ages of 25 and 75 who had participated in a screening in the 1990s, tested again today to assess the measurement of their bone density. What emerged? married men or in any case in a stable relationship have a higher bone density in the spine than single men.

But be careful: it seems that this does not apply to those under 25, perhaps because at that "age certain commitments (including sentimental ones) can prove to be a source of stress.
