Is the baby crying? Blame the mother's anxiety
Does your baby keep crying? Be careful, because it could be "because" of you. According to a study conducted by Johanna Petzoldt of the University of Dresden, who followed 300 pregnant women from pregnancy to childbirth, and then contacted them once their children were 4 and 16 months old.
What emerged from it? That most women with anxiety or depressive disorders have transmitted their mood to the little one, who consequently proved particularly irritable enough to cry often and sometimes excessively. This phenomenon is increasing, due to the current socio-economic conditions that prevent many couples from living peacefully even what should be one of the most beautiful and happy moments. The advice is therefore to try (as far as possible) to face the arrival of the stork in the best possible way, also asking for help if necessary.
