Treating anxiety with Bach flowers
Imagine having to speak in front of an audience of 100 people. Do the heartbeats speed up? Your hands start to sweat and maybe your voice trembles a little?
It is absolutely normal, the problem arises when this unpleasant emotion paralyzes us and takes possession of our daily life.
Controlling anxiety and taking back the reins of our life is not impossible and even flower therapy can help us. We are talking in particular of Bach Flowers, alternative medicine created by the British doctor Edward Bach.
At the basis of Bach's flower therapy there is the principle according to which, in the treatment of a person, only his emotions and personality must be taken into consideration, which would determine the symptom manifested in the physical. The single flower would be able to initiate the process of transforming the negative emotion into its positive trait, with a consequent disappearance of the symptom.
But which are the most suitable Bach flowers in case of anxiety? Let's find out together.
