Cuddles and caresses for the hearts of children
Cuddles and caresses are good for the heart, especially for children. Isn't this new? Sure, but now it's also scientifically proven.
The journal "Psychological Science" reported the results of the research conducted by The Max Planck Institute for Human Cognitive and Brain Sciences in Leipzig, where the "therapeutic power" of contact between parents and newborns was analyzed.
The bodily reactions of the little ones were evaluated with different instruments and even the heart rhythm was measured. And it was found that the latter slowed down as soon as a caress from the parent arrived. So off to pampering your children (naturally without spoiling them too much)!
