5 tricks to swallow pills easier

When the pill to be administered touches our lips, we tell ourselves it's easy: just swallow firmly. Instead it remains entangled in our language, to go down is not spoken, the fear of suffocation wins and in the end we spit the pill defeated. Then we start again with the second attempt, associating the well-known sip of water, which often simplifies things, but this is not necessarily the case. In short, swallowing a pill becomes complicated, almost like what the woman does on video, look:

1. A teaspoon of honey

"With a little sugar, the pill goes down" sang the wise Mary Poppins, and even though she talked about cleaning in style, with a hint of sweetness the pill really goes down, if we put it in a teaspoon with honey. It contains only one bite: pure energy, lots of sweetness, and the cure for our headaches.

2. The crumb of bread

3. A taste of Yogurt

Sometimes a nice spoonful of something less solid can help. To avoid chewing the pill, it is always better to place it in the spoon with yogurt (of any type: normal, kefir, Greek), so as to take a single bite. If, on the other hand, you want to leave it in the yogurt jar that you will consume, be careful not to chew but only to swallow every single bite!
