The Great Gatsby mansion for sale

We are in fact talking about the splendid villa that belonged to Francis Scott Fitzgerald and which inspired his most famous novel, or “The Great Gatsby”. The writer lived there between 1922 and 1924 with his wife Zelda and it seems that he also organized some great parties, to which other prominent figures of the time were invited, such as Ernest Hemingway.

The Mediterranean-style villa is located in Cap d "Antibes on the Cote d'Azur. It therefore has a splendid view of the sea and also boasts a private beach, well-tended gardens and a terrace with swimming pool.

Villa Picolette extends over about 800 square meters and has seven bedrooms with as many bathrooms, a kitchen, a cellar and a bar with disco. All the result of a renovation carried out by the current owners, who wanted to preserve the original Art Deco style with contemporary furnishing elements.

Who knows if it will be bought by some exponent of high finance or an intellectual, but with a nice bank account!
