Rumors and false myths about virginity: there are really many, some backed by bad information, some fruit of imaginative urban legends.
Fortunately, there are also people - doctors and sexologists - who are committed to spreading correct news by helping all those girls who want to approach the world of sex for the first time but are assailed by doubts and worries that are often useless and unfounded.

And still speaking of virginity and absurd things, some time ago even the news circulated that in Brazil they had proposed a test for the virginity of female employees! We talked about it here:

1. Virginity depends on whether or not the hymen is broken

False! There are those who have had several lovers and still have it intact, those who lost it during puberty for other reasons, perhaps through sporting activity or even masturbation with sex toys: this is not what determines a woman's virginity.

2. The first time the hymen bleeds

It's not for sure. The hymen is a more or less elastic membrane, made up of mucous tissue that only partially covers the entrance to the vagina and that does not necessarily bleed after the first time.

3. Having sex for the first time makes your breasts grow

We do not know exactly how and where it originated, however unfortunately not. Your breasts will remain identical to the one you had prior to your first sexual intercourse.

4. You can reach orgasm even the first time

Technically yes, but since orgasm is a peak that comes after a lot of mutual acquaintance, training and knowledge of your body, it is very difficult to experience it the first time. You could still be one of the lucky ones.

5. The first time you cannot get pregnant

Among the most popular beliefs, but also among the most false. You can get pregnant as during any other intercourse so, to avoid this, you must use a contraceptive.

6. Once virginity is lost, it can never be regained

On a mental and psychological level it is like this, but from a strictly physical point of view it is not. It is now possible to "get a virginity back" and it is also cheap! A kit to replace the hymen can be found on the internet for just $ 30. And, for those who want to be "on the safe side", there are also surgeries that can reconstruct this membrane.

7. If the hymen is intact, you cannot get pregnant

Another false myth. The fact that the hymen is intact does not prevent unwanted pregnancy! Just as the secretions and menstrual flow manage to overcome the membrane through its small holes, in the same way the seminal fluid can easily penetrate inside the vagina and get to fertilize the egg.
So be careful!
