Pinot Nero 2001 in limited edition

The special edition consists of 111 boxes containing 6 bottles of Pinot Noir from 2001 each, obtained from the grape harvest in the family vineyards located in the municipality of Mariano del Friuli.

The bouquet of the wine is very delicate, fruit in its youth when it evokes raspberry and cherry, then opens to a memory of hazelnut, walnut husk and undergrowth fruit. It has a soft and velvety taste, slightly bitter, elegant and persistent and is recommended for meat dishes such as duck, partridge or baked pork. Also excellent on cheeses that are not very aged.
