TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CASTING "REVAMP YOURSELF"

Manager
Alfemminile s.r.l. based in Via Torino 61 - 20123 Milan
(hereafter "Organizer"), intends to organize a casting called "REVAMP YOUR SELF" (from now on the "Casting").

Purpose of the casting
The organizer promotes this casting with the aim of selecting some candidates who will become Influencer / Testimonial of the Revamp brand by undertaking to publish their experience with the tested product on their social profile.

Potential Candidates
To be admitted to the Casting, the potential candidate must necessarily possess the following requirements, none excluded:

be of age;
have an active and public Instagram profile;
be available to become Influencer / Testimonial of the Revamp brand, to publish posts on their social profile and to go to one of the Idola salons;
not having lent their name or image for advertising campaigns for products and / or services competing with those offered by the Organizer;
have never participated, not even as appearances or extras, in films, photographic services, representations or shows of a pornographic or scabrous nature;
to be of incensurable conduct, that is to avoid any conduct judged, exclusively and unquestionably, by the Organization as damaging to its image, decorum, morality, correctness or for any reason considered or considered contrary to mandatory rules and / or principles of morality.

Potential candidates are referred to below as "Candidate".

Duration
The Casting will take place from 12/10/2020 until 31/12/2020

Commercial break
The Casting and its methods of participation will be published at www.alfemminile.com. The Organizer reserves the right to adopt additional forms of advertising deemed suitable during the initiative and consistent with the provisions of this regulation.

How to participate in the Casting
The Candidate to participate in the Casting must:

create a hairstyle on herself
take a selfie or have a photo taken that shows herself with the hairstyle created;
publish a public post with your Instagram account with the photo taken complete with the tag @alfemminile and the hashtag @ revamphairitalia #revampyourself

Please note:

the photo must not portray third parties other than the Candidate;
the application must take place within the period indicated in the duration paragraph;
it will be possible to send more photos.

Conduct of Selection
Applications will be evaluated by a specially prepared jury, made up of experts appointed by the Organizer, which will meet on several occasions.
The 1st jury will meet by 21/10/2020, the following ones to follow approximately every two weeks.

A total of up to n. 9 Candidates, among all those who have participated by posting a photo valid for participation in the relevant subperiod.
A total of up to n. 3 Reserve Candidates for each Full Candidate.

The jury will evaluate the applications according to the following criteria:

the originality of the hairstyle
the technical performance of the hairstyle
the beauty of the hairstyle
the photogenicity of the Candidate
the quality of the photo
the follower of the Candidate's followers

The final number of selected Candidates will be at the discretion of the Organizer who will assess the suitability of the Applications received with reference to the selection criteria above.

Methods of acceptance and proclamation of the Candidates
The selected Candidates will be contacted by telephone and by e-mail and will be asked to sign and return, again by e-mail, the document of acceptance of the role of Influencer / Testimonial Revamp attached to the communication itself.
Only after receipt of the aforementioned acceptance, the Candidate will receive, at the private address provided by the same, a supply of Revamp products.
Candidates will be able to decide which product to test among those available and proposed by the Organizer.

Obligations of Selected Candidates
Each selected Candidate fully accepts the content of this regulation and undertakes to comply with all the provisions therein and in particular to publish, within the term to be indicated by the Organizer, on her Instagram profile, public posts with which she reviews the tested products sent to her by Organizer and with whom he talks about his experience following the indications indicated by the Organizer himself.
The three Candidates selected on the occasion of the last jury will also be offered to attend one of the Idola Salons of their choice between Rome, Naples or Milan as Influencer *.

* If the situation or the health provisions arranged for the purpose of containing Covid 19 do not allow it, the three selected Candidates will still receive the chosen products to be tested.

All the selected Candidates also undertake to:

not to exploit, in any way, either directly or indirectly, your participation for advertising and / or commercial purposes;
not to carry out, gestures or use clothing having advertising or promotional references, even indirectly;
maintain a reserved and modest attitude during the course of the assignment.

Any behavior of the selected Candidate judged exclusively by the Organization as detrimental to their image, decorum, morality, correctness or any title considered contrary to mandatory rules and / or principles of morality, will result in the immediate exclusion of the selected Candidate, subject to any legal action of the case.

The Organizer cannot be held responsible in any way and in any way whatsoever in relation to incidents of a different nature and kind, attributable to direct and / or indirect behavior of the Candidates or of third parties, during the various stages of the Casting. .

Notes on Casting
Participation in the Casting is completely free.
No product / service purchase is required.
The products provided to the selected Candidates, material necessary to perform the service requested by the Organizer, is to be considered as remuneration for the use of the products themselves and for the related review published on their social profile.

Information for the processing of personal data
The personal data of the Candidates will be collected and processed for the sole purpose of implementing the rules of this Casting, in compliance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy which we invite you to read and consult from now on.
In order to exercise the rights provided for by the Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments) and by the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679), as described in the privacy policy, the participants will be able to forward their requests to the data controller, by sending a registered letter with return receipt to the registered office of the data controller (alfemminile srl Via Torino 61 - 20123 Milan) or by writing an e-mail to [email protected] and contacting the DPO of the Organizer.

Disputes
In the event of disputes relating to the interpretation of these regulations or to participation in the casting, the only competent court will be that of Milan.

REGISTRATION TO THE CASTING IS SUBJECT TO "ACCEPTANCE OF THIS REGULATION, WHICH IS INTENDED READ AND ACCEPTED AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION.

Purpose of the processing

Users' personal data will be processed lawfully by the Data Controller pursuant to art. 6 of the Regulation for the following processing purposes:

contractual obligations: to implement the Casting Regulations and fulfill specific User requests. The User's data collected by the Owner include: the name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, the image with which the User participates in the Casting and the image / post that he will create later. of the receipt of the product, the address for the shipment of the products (exclusively of the selected Users), as well as any personal information of the User that may be voluntarily provided. The above data will be used by the Data Controller for the exclusive purpose of ascertaining the User's identity (also by validating the e-mail address), thus avoiding possible scams or abuses, evaluating his candidacy for Casting and contacting the User. for service reasons only (e.g. manage the selection of the User and the sending of products). No other processing will be carried out by the Data Controller in relation to the Users' personal data. Without prejudice to what is provided elsewhere in this privacy statement or in the Regulations, in no case will the Data Controller make the Users' personal data accessible to other Users and / or third parties;
administrative-accounting purposes: or to carry out activities of an organizational, administrative, financial and accounting nature, such as internal organizational activities and activities functional to the fulfillment of contractual and pre-contractual obligations;
legal obligations: or to fulfill obligations established by law, by a regulation or by European legislation.

The provision of personal data for the processing purposes indicated above is optional but necessary, since failure to provide them will make it impossible for the User to participate in the Casting.

Methods of processing and data retention times

The Data Controller will process the Users' personal data using manual and IT tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and, in any case, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.
Users' personal data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to carry out the primary purposes connected to the User's participation in the Casting and illustrated in paragraph 1 above, or in any case for the time necessary for the civil protection of the interests of both Users and of the Owner.

Scope of communication and dissemination of data

The employees and / or collaborators of the Data Controller in charge of managing the Casting may become aware of the Users' personal data. These subjects, who have been instructed to do so by the Data Controller pursuant to Article 29 of the Regulations, will process the User's data exclusively for the purposes indicated in this information and in compliance with the provisions of the Applicable Regulations.
Third parties who may process personal data on behalf of the Data Controller as Data Processors may also become aware of the Users' personal data, such as, by way of example, suppliers of IT and logistical services functional to the Casting operation, suppliers of services in outsourcing or cloud computing, professionals and consultants.
The members of the jury specially prepared pursuant to the Regulations may also become aware of the Users' personal data
Users have the right to obtain a list of any Data Processors appointed by the Data Controller, making a request to the Data Controller in the manner indicated in the following paragraph 4.

Rights of the interested parties

Users can exercise the rights guaranteed to them by the Applicable Law, by contacting the Owner in the following ways:
