The anti-cellulite leg massage: the DIY that works!

Here are the movements to perform to perform a correct self-massage.
- First, sit down. Rub your hands together, warm them a little, then pour the chosen lotion on the palm of one hand and rubbing them again, distribute the lotion on the other hand as well. Spread the lotion, gently stroking the first leg from the ankle to the groin.
- With your hands still soaked in the solution, start massaging the foot: first the sole, using the thumb and making circular movements from the joint of the fingers to the heel, then the back, always using the thumb from the toes towards the ankle . Then continue to massage the heel with circular movements.
- Now think about wanting to stretch a sock and wrap your leg entirely with your hands, and exerting increasing pressure with each step, rise from the ankle to the groin.
- Then focus on the calf by placing the thumbs on the shin and the other fingers centrally. Work in an upward motion from the ankle to the knee.
- Now imagine you want to give yourself a lot of pinches, but trying to pinch the whole muscle and slide your fingers perpendicularly. To finish with your hands open, caress the entire calf along its entire length, alternating your hands rhythmically.
- Then move on to the femoral. The path will be like the previous one, that is, start by placing the thumbs laterally on the thigh and the other fingers centrally on the femoral. And finally, with his hands open, he caresses the entire femoral length in its entire length, alternating the hands rhythmically.
- For the outer and inner thighs, the massage will follow the same procedures: start by placing the thumbs upwards and the other fingers down, take the part to be massaged in your hands and working only with the thumbs, slide them towards the outside while continuing the upward movement from the knee towards the buttock. - Once you have followed the same path on the inside of the thigh, with your hands flat positioned respectively on the inside and outside of the knee, go up by exerting increasing pressure from the knee to the groin.
- Then work the quadriceps: first by pinching it, then squeezing it and finally, with the hands that wrap the whole leg, with circular movements.
- Finish the job with the "drafting of the sock": with your hands wrap the leg entirely and exerting increasing pressure with each step, rise from the ankle to the groin.
- Switch to the other leg and repeat each step.
