The agri-food companies of the area will be the undisputed protagonists of this event aimed at operators, specialized press and tourists.

The Maremma is in fact the area of Tuscany that has most preserved a genuine identity and its agricultural productions draw great benefits from this particularity.
Maremma means cured meats, oils, a vast wine production that includes wines such as the renowned and highly appreciated MorellinodiScansano, the Orbetello bottarga, saffron, Sorano beans and many other products.
