Leggings to school? Only if you are thin

Stratford High School, South Carolina. The headmaster of the school is recorded demonizing the leggings and, with them, all the girls who cannot be defined exactly wiry.
A nice setback for those who are convinced that beauty is contained in every body, independent of weight.

The principal's statement

Principal Heather Taylor says leggings aren't pants; wearing them without a dress, a long sweatshirt or a mid-thigh t-shirt, it must be admitted that they are an item of clothing that leaves little room for imagination, but this is not the problem. The woman goes on to say that unless you are a size 0 or a size 2 (which corresponds to our 36 and 38), even if you are not fat, wearing leggings will look fat.

Needless to say, these statements have not gone unnoticed, above all because the school regulations prohibit the use of too skimpy clothes, obviously avoiding any reference to size, excessive thinness or extra pounds.
Principal Taylor immediately ran for cover trying, as far as possible, to limit the damage. He did not intend to offend anyone but, as we well know, it is always necessary to think before speaking, in order to avoid useless and lost wars at the start.

None of us are objectively perfect because each of us is perfect in our own way, regardless of love handles, protruding bones, or stretch marks in plain sight.
It is the smile that makes us sexy, everything else is a superstructure.
