The Parma Gelato Factory turns 50

Founded in 1964 by Virgino Marchi, the Parma plant produces 130 million portions of ice cream per year which then reach Italy and abroad. Among its iconic ice creams is the Coppa del Nonno, prepared with a secret recipe that enhances the mix of milk, cream and coffee infusion.
