The fermentation of food and drinks is a tradition of eastern and eastern countries, in many cases used to prolong their conservation. This type of food strengthens the immune system and improves digestion by helping metabolism, with the result of deflating our poor belly.
Here is a list of the main fermented foods and some drinks, so we get this cumbersome bloated feeling out of the way too.

We automatically associate this food with Germany and Austria because that's exactly where it comes from. Sauerkraut is rich in vitamins and minerals and is a real natural remedy for the intestine.

This fermented food strengthens bones and heart because it is rich in proteins and isoflavonoids. It is based on fermented soy and is obtained starting from soy beans.

You may remember him for the fantastic Miso soup they serve at the Japanese restaurant. This food is very ancient, and has always been used as a condiment, often in place of the nut.
