Cheese, now in its eighth edition, wants to carry on the belief that behind every cheese there is a part of the territory in which it is produced, with its history, its climate to which the men and women who live there can be traced back. the animals that are raised.
An event in which you listen, taste, observe, learn and, of course, buy and sell. This edition will focus the spotlight on three pillars on which dairy excellence rests: milks, crafts and territories. In fact, you will be able to know both the places where the animals are raised and the production techniques. In addition, at the Cheese Market, you can meet the producers of SlowFood Presidia.
