Kangoo Dance: from the USA the sport where you jump
The History of Fit Kangoo Dance
To rediscover the roots of this discipline, we must go back to the 80s, when the Kangoo Jumps were invented, shoes designed to help injured athletes to slowly recover all the functions of the lower limbs. After 30 years, here we are, with an improved model that is easy to use and helps keep fit. Mario Godiva in 2011, a real fitness expert, began experimenting using these shoes and after a while the Fit Kangoo Dance was born.
What is it about
The Kangoo Dance is an evolution of the improvement of Kangoo shoes; with these you can practice different types of dances, from hip hop to salsa, and you can always make different movements to the sound of music, to tone yourself up while having fun.

Afraid of shoes?
Kangoo Dance Shoes can be intimidating, but they are easy to use, much more so than roller skates.
Plus, don't be afraid of falling and hurting yourself while wearing them: the design of the Kanggo Jumps is specially made to protect the ankles and all lower limbs. In addition, scientific studies state that the rebound exercise is the most effective exercise that can be practiced.
