5 clothes and accessories you need to wash more often than you do (for your health!)
We often don't actually consider germs and bacteria. We neglect everyday objects, which are precisely the most exposed to the enemies of hygiene. A practical example would be our pillows, which should be washed exactly like the pillowcases, or maybe the sheets ... some clothes that we will see do not escape this fate. below although, watching the video, you will notice that there is no shortage of dirty things in everyday life:
1. The bras
They should be changed and washed after at least a couple, maximum 3 times after wearing them. 2. The jeans
The texture of the jeans does not require a daily wash, indeed, but not even a bimonthly wash! The ideal would be to wash them after 4 uses, possibly in cold water, with drying in the open air. Another way to eliminate the enemy bacteria would be to leave the jeans in the freezer for one night: the low temperatures destroy the enemy and keep the fabric of the jeans intact.

3. The pajamas

In the less nice and trendy version, however, we find sweat, urine, bacteria ... the pajamas are an atomic bomb, which absolutely must be washed after 4 times from its use. 4. Stockings and tights
It should go without saying: to wash after each use. In contact with bare skin, with intimate areas like panties, pantyhose and stockings should be thrown into the dirty laundry basket every day. 5. Bags and backpacks
It's not just about where you put your bag or backpack. Because even if you spread a roll of sanitized paper under your bag, it couldn't change what you put in it. Coins, banknotes, credit cards, hairpins and hair pins, old pigtails, candies, house keys and so on up to the most useless things: each of these objects can be a concentrate of potentially dangerous bacteria.
Make sure you clean the bag every week then, either with antibacterial wipes or, in the case of fabric, throw it in the washing machine!
