Yukendu, like "you can do": you can do it, if you have the right tools. It is the name of a new online coaching service, available on the web and on the app. The purpose of Yukendu is to achieve personal well-being with targeted programs that cover different areas: nutrition, movement and stress reduction.
Living better, in a healthier and more serene way, you certainly lose weight, but Yukendu does not just do this: his approach is much broader, it concerns the person as a whole, it is a complete program centered on well-being. You learn to listen to your body when you eat, when you move, when you relax, and you learn to give it what it needs, to activate it, to fully enjoy it.
The goals of this path are set by the user: whether it is having more time for yourself, doing more sports, or living less stressed, everything is fine. Yukendu elaborates a tailor-made plan starting from the wishes of those who subscribe, and also evaluating the body composition data collected through an impedance balance (which is part of the service). A dietary education method is indicated, which teaches "how" and not "what" to eat, and a home fitness proposal is also made, designed for those with little time, perhaps only 20 minutes a day. This is combined with relaxation tools and mindfulness practices, which lead to stress reduction and greater emotional well-being.
