Red wine has beneficial effects on the brain, science confirms it and we take advantage of it
According to Gordon Shepherd, a neurologist who works at Yale's School of Medicine, red wine, in addition to being an antioxidant, could be a better brain stimulator than Sudoku or other typical brain teasers. Research has shown that the brain works much better when enjoying a glass of wine than any other activity. This includes even complex tasks such as listening to music, solving equations or writing.
