Casual sex, a blessing and a blessing

It was found that boys who had had casual intercourse in the past 30 days had lower levels of self-esteem, happiness, and satisfaction than those who had stable relationships or had not had intercourse.

It would therefore seem that if on the one hand casual sex can be beneficial from a physiological point of view, on the other it would not help to strengthen self-esteem and self-esteem.
