Swollen ankles and heavy legs? Here are 9 natural remedies for the beauty of your legs
Heaviness, swelling, tingling and sometimes pain: these are the main symptoms of those suffering from swollen legs and ankles. And the heat certainly doesn't help, just as certain habits - staying up for too many hours - and certain foods - those that are too salty and fatty don't help.
If you also suffer from it, and it is not a serious condition, you can follow these tips, which will help you to deal with the problem in a natural way and to alleviate the discomfort that comes with it.
1. Take fresh foot baths
Carrying out fresh foot baths and short showers by directing the jet in the areas most affected by swelling and heaviness, will stimulate circulation and give you quick relief. You can also add refreshing herbs, such as lavender, mint, thyme and rosemary to the water in the foot bath.
