Physical Feminism: the photographic project that shows the world that beauty can have all kinds of forms

The French artist Iris Brosch has always found it strange that the media represented only one type of woman: the classic size 38. For this reason, instead of using very thin models, he has to immortalize curvy and decidedly overweight women for his photographic project "Physical Feminism ", which is enjoying success all over the world.

Brosch explained that the image of women is constantly evolving, especially in recent years. The women, who are represented by the models, are becoming more and more "thin" in their physical appearance, almost as if they had to take up as little space as possible within the world and society. With her images, Iris wants to show the world all those women who want to take back the space they deserve and that in the world there are not only models in "XS" format.
