The path will start from the cocoa bean, and then continue learning the structure of chocolate, how the mixture of sugar, cocoa and cocoa butter is formed and how to create the perfect bar that melts in your mouth.

For those who, in addition to being curious, are a real chocolate lover, there will be dedicated meetings with the MaestroCioccolatierePerugina, who will show live the preparation technique and tempering, answering the questions of those present.
Furthermore, in collaboration with i.lab Alimentation, there will be real laboratories set up as an open kitchen where visitors can personally carry out the experiments proposed by the scientific animator.
