Schumacher has come out of the coma and responds to external stimuli

Michael Schumacher came out of the coma, in which he collapsed on December 29, 2013 following a skiing accident in Meribel, France. This was reported by Sabine Kehm, Formula 1 champion manager who since the day of the tragedy has been keeping us updated about the German driver's state of health. Michael has left the Grenoble hospital and appears to respond to external stimuli by moving his eyelids.

This is what we read in the official communication, which later also arrived from the spokeswoman Sabine Kehm: "Michael left the Grenoble CHU to continue his long rehabilitation period. He is no longer in a coma. his family expressly thanks all the doctors, nurses, nurses and therapists in Grenoble, because together with the first responders on the scene, they have done a great job in these first months. The thanks of the family also go to all the people who sent Michael happy birthday. You will certainly have helped him. Continuing on this path, we again ask for your understanding so that his new path of rehabilitation can take place outside the public.'.
