The downside of bad mood is that it happens to everyone and even several times over the course of a lifetime. The good news is, however, that it is a fleeting state of mind. However, it is always better to try to lift our mood so as not to let it affect us for too long. To do this, we suggest you implement some perfect tips to counter the bad mood. When we are in a bad mood, for whatever reason, we tend to want to hide it, pretending that everything is fine. The most famous are walnuts that act directly to counteract depression, anxiety and stress, increasing positivity and mental well-being, and dark chocolate, the source par excellence of endorphins, the hormones of happiness. Technology and social media help us in many aspects of life, but sometimes it is also good to know how to give them up. To lift your mood in "no" moments, try disconnecting from the virtual world for a few days. No notifications to feel obligated to respond to, no negative comments and no unpleasant news: take refuge in "reality", looking for the contact of the people you love and trust the most, watching a movie or doing your favorite activities. This brief "detox" period from the computer will ease anxiety and stress and help you to regain a good mood.

As already mentioned, contact with the people closest to you is essential and who better than friends can be of help in bad moments? Talk about how you feel and seek comparison. Listening to the opinions of your friends is essential because yours conversation is really useful. In fact, by talking to them, you may not only feel less alone in dealing with the situation, but also see the whole story from a different perspective, which could make you re-evaluate your discomfort.

Caring for your person involves many aspects. First, sleep well during the night, trying to go to bed not too late and sleeping for at least 7 hours. Then, learn to eat healthy and maintain an active lifestyle, choosing the sport you like best, even those that combine physical and mental exercise, such as yoga and meditation. Finally, to defeat moodiness, do always good to introduce a "novelty" or pamper yourself a little more than usual. You could change something about your look, from the hairstyle of your hair to a different outfit, or indulge in an extra beauty ritual. All this will make you feel appreciated and give you a positive boost to face your days with a smile.
