Obesity? It depends on the biorhythms

The journal "Cell Metabolism" has published the very interesting results of a study conducted by the Garvan Institute of Medical Research in Sidney. The group of researchers has in fact identified the mechanism that regulates body composition. This with a series of experiments on laboratory mice, which are the animals most used to study obesity (despite the battles of the animal rights activists!).

It seems that the needle of the molecular balance has been identified in the brain, which determines the body composition between fat and lean mass. But that's not all: because it would be in the same brain area as the biological clock. What does it mean? That the risk of obesity is closely linked to the needle that marks the biorhythms of our body.
