- Compress with essential oil of rosemary, an excellent natural remedy to strengthen hair and facilitate its growth. It stimulates the microcirculation of the scalp, favoring the flow of blood to the hair bulb and fighting its loss. Alternatively, you can also add some. drops in the shampoo: take the amount of shampoo you use for a wash and put it in a jar, then add some drops and let it rest for a few days before using it, to allow the oil to release its properties.

Combine three tablespoons of virgin or extra virgin coconut oil with two of honey, add a shot of yogurt to make the mixture more spreadable. If you have oily hair, add a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar with detoxifying power to the amalgam obtained.
