The Bing cartoon: the most viewed by the 0-6 year olds

Have you ever heard of Bing? If so, chances are you know a child under 6! This sweet black rabbit is in fact the protagonist of the cartoon of the same name of the moment, mainly dedicated to preschool children. Playing is very important for him, and it is certainly also for the child of the house. Find out what benefits the game brings to the development of a child, see the video below!

Bing: the black bunny loved by the little ones

Bing is the successful animated series of English origin produced by the studios of Acamar Films, Brown Bag Films, Tandem Films and Digitales Studios. The entire broadcast is based on the 2003 books of Ted Dewan - Bing Bunny, which feature a super sweet black rabbit, but also a bit clumsy. In each episode the tender Bing is faced with small daily challenges typical of childhood, which he manages to overcome brilliantly together with his most trusted friends.

The TV series was aired for the first time in 2014 in the United Kingdom, while in Italy it was initially broadcast on Rai Yoyo and subsequently rerun on DeA Junior.
Bing quickly became one of the most successful cartoons for the 0-6 year olds. Because? What are the things in this cartoon that attract the little ones?

First of all, the ability to place episodes of everyday life at the center of the narrative (not surprisingly, the protagonist is a pre-school bunny-child and his life resembles that of many children in everything); Bing finds himself in each episode in a different situation and in an ever new context, and invariably interfaces with the small problems of life. Bing's philosophy is "It's a Bing thing", a phrase that always comes at the end of the episode, to emphasize how the bunny managed to overcome a difficult moment.
In addition, the duration of the episode, about 7-8 minutes, is super short, therefore ideal for younger children who have not yet developed a great attention span.

But who accompanies Bing in its many challenges? Let's find out who his friends are in the TV series.

Bing and his characters

Bing
He is the protagonist of the program and is a black rabbit of about 3 years. He is a very cheerful character, but he is also shy. She dresses in a green shirt and red dungarees and loves her favorite toy, Hoppity Voosh. Like a good bunny, he loves carrots! He faces every challenge with the typical enthusiasm of children, but he still needs help to be able to overcome them.
So here are all the characters from the Bing cartoon, who help him in his small and big conquests!

Flop
Flop is Bing's tutor and others are nothing more than a stuffed animal, who guides him in his childhood and calms him in the most critical situations. He is a figure that is present in all episodes, so we can see him as a key character in the TV series. At the end of each episode, chant the line ... "that's a Bing thing"! A sort of exhortation to all children to believe in themselves, even when situations seem very difficult.
You must know something curious about the Bing cartoon: in this world, children are bigger than adults, who are often talking stuffed puppets. Bing is also much larger in tonnage than Flop (see image above).

Sula
Sula is a brown elephant, as well as Bing's best friend. She should be 4 years old and is a very sweet and sunny character, even a bit clumsy. Sula, like so many little girls, likes things that are sparkling and shiny, she loves fairies and magic. Her favorite toy is Hippoty, a yellow hippo with a ballerina tutu and two fairy wings.

Amma
Like Flop, Amma is Sula's guardian. It is a blue plush elephant and manages both the nest frequented by the small (but large) protagonists and the park bar. She has a kind heart and is always very affectionate with everyone.

Pando
He is the other boy protagonist of the cartoon, of a similar age to Bing's. Pando is a baby panda who always wears a white t-shirt, sneakers and yellow trousers (promptly removed to simply remain in his underwear!). Friend of Bing , loves learning new things and loves to whistle.

Padget
She is Pando's guardian. Also this time the adult is a soft toy, green in color. He has a very cheerful and sociable character and has a cat named Arlo. Padget runs the shop where you can buy everything and sometimes he jogs or drives his tuk-tuk. yellow, a distinctive three-wheeled taxi.

Coco
She is the largest of Bing's gang of friends and also appears to be the bunny's cousin. In fact, Coco is an elementary school-age bunny and is white in color. When he plays with Bing, Sula, Pando and Charlie (his younger brother) he is very responsible and loves to teach them something "grown up"!
The bunny is very sunny, she loves the purple color and she loves dancing, singing and music in general.
There are always crayons and hair ties stuck between her ears. His favorite toys are the Rainbow Mice, seven plastic mice of different colors.

Charlie
Here is the smallest of Bing's friends. Charlie is Coco's little brother and should be just under 1 year old. He still can't speak and is crawling. Just like a baby puts everything in his mouth and often his attitudes are incomprehensible to Bing, now a grown child! Always wear a yellow onesie with carrots.

Minor characters in Bing

In the TV series the parents of the little protagonists never appear, but probably the choice of the authors was made to focus on the relationship that Bing, Sula, Pando and Coco have with their tutors.
In some episodes, however, other characters appear, all very nice and ready to lend a hand in case of difficulty! Read who I am.

Molly
This is the guardian of Coco and Charlie who, however, appears rarely in the course of the episodes. She also works as a doctor and that's why she often prefers to leave the two little ones at Flop and Bing's house. She too is a red rag creature with glasses and a white coat.

Gilly
She is the cartoon ice cream maker: thanks to her motorized cart she is able to cool the little ones on summer days. He has a dog named Popsie and sometimes also takes care of Sunbeam, Popsie's sister.

Nicky
Sula's cousin, he is a brown anthropomorphic elephant. Nicky wears glasses, an orange t-shirt and blue dungarees and is the new entry of the group: he appeared for the first time in the last season, the number 4.
