At 9, he completes a 24-hour race to fight bullying (photos)
With some regularity, a stranger is illuminated by the limelight. Today is the turn of Milla Bizzotto, a 9-year-old girl originally from You love me. Milla attended the Battlefrog Race, a 24-hour race inspired by the intense training of the American Navy.
38km of running, 8km of swimming and 6 laps of obstacle course through mud and barbed wire but the girl was not frightened, after a nap from 2 am to 6 am she returned to the track and finished the race accompanied by his father.
Milla was the only competitor under the age of 18 and she decided to embark on this crazy enterprise because she was tired of the bullying she suffered in class: that's why she dedicated body and soul to fitness.
'People were constantly telling me that I was good for nothing, I do not wish anyone to experience what I felt. I want to be an example and show others that anything is possible, you just have to want it'.
The girl trained for 9 months, 3 hours a day for 5 days a week.
All this was possible thanks to the constant presence of her father, owner of a gym and trainer of Milla. It seems that the teasing by the companions is now over and, if anything were to continue, the child would know very well how to defend herself.
