3. Knowing how to let go
We must learn to let go of what is not really important, not worry about the superfluous, at a certain point disinterested in what does not belong to us, go further, let go of control. If we no longer like something, if you have never represented something so much, if something is useless to take it with us, it takes away unnecessary energy and space: let it go. Sometimes it is enough to just forgive, and then he really lets go.
4. Give it a second chance
Something seems useless, old, buried, or is just still unused: we must give new life to the inner models that inspire us positivity, which are still full of life, which we can reinterpret. Symbolically basic emotional pieces to combine with different ways of being: trust, empathy, resilience, emotions that change with respect to the people you are confronted with, just as a basic shirt can be splendid with a jacket particular, or it can be used for a running session in the gym!
6. Evolve
With the change of season the outside world evolves. The seasonal rhythm has been with us for some time and marks the time of life. So while each species adapts as it can to these moments of the year, the human being does not shed its skin and does not go into hibernation, but acts on its external and internal appearance. Opening this double door wardrobe means following the rhythm of life and choosing to evolve: the best chance we have in life, to always be different while remaining ourselves.
