Passion for cooking: 7 simple tricks that will make your life easier!
From the classic cries when you have to cut onions, to the difficulty in opening a hermetically sealed jar, here are some small (and simple) tricks that will help you in the kitchen!
1. Stop crying!
Rub some white wine vinegar on the cutting board before cutting the onions. Et voilà! No more tears like after seeing "The pages of our life'...

2. Difficulty opening the jars?
Help yourself with two rubber bands: just put one around the jar and one around the lid. This way you will have more grip and you will have no problems opening it.

Although most eggs should have a spawning date written on them, sometimes it doesn't take much to clear. To understand if they are still good, it's easy: dip it in a glass of water, if it goes to the bottom, turn it into an omelette, otherwise ... it's better to throw it away.

Very easy: sprinkle it with salt and then rub hard using half a lemon. Then rinse with running water. In addition to being perfectly disinfected, your cutting board will smell fresh.

Add a teaspoon of baking soda to the cold water and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, soak the eggs and soak them for 12 minutes. You'll see how easy it will be to peel them later!
