Jojoba oil: the properties

Jojoba oil soothes, regenerates and revitalizes irritated skin, strengthens it and prevents wrinkles. Its ease of absorption and its great ability to penetrate through the small pores of the epidermis, make it a perfect moisturizer and for this reason it is used, in natural cosmetics, pure or associated with other vegetable oils to make them more absorbable or as a carrier for essential oils.

Jojoba oil also has a natural sun filter and can therefore be used as a protection according to the sensitivity of the skin; it also promotes a natural, long-lasting tan and keeps peeling away.

Suitable for all skin types - sensitive, dry, oily or normal - jojoba oil revitalizes and regenerates it and gives relief in case of irritation or inflammation.

Jojoba oil: the uses

Speaking of the uses of jojoba oil, we must keep in mind its waxy consistency, which allows it to be used as a basic ingredient for many cosmetics and beauty creams. This oil has the ability to preserve itself and withstand high temperatures, while maintaining its qualities unaltered.

It also has the ability to penetrate quickly, but at the same time not to grease, but leaves a pleasant sensation of softness. It can be easily applied to the epidermis, even in the form of drops after a bath, on damp skin, but it is also used on the lips, to nourish and smooth them, and to strengthen eyelashes and hair. A pre-wash pack can be used to soften them and at the same time eliminate dandruff; just pour a fair amount on the lengths and ends, leaving it on for at least 15-20 minutes.

Finally, when mixed with yogurt or lemon, it allows you to obtain an excellent - and economical - moisturizing and regenerating face mask.
