An ephemeral restaurant in Milan

Only forty seats, for forty guests who bring to live a "unique food and wine experience, with a menu specially created by the young starred Chef Enrico Bartolini of the restaurant of the same name at the Devero Hotel in Cavenago Brianza, in combination with the Cuvée of the Maison: Krug Grande Cuvée, Krug Rosé and Krug 2000.

According to Krug, the most suitable place for this unforgettable dinner is the new Milanese skyline in the PortaNuova area, symbol of Milan, the international capital of excellence, elegance and business, more precisely the 27th floor of the Diamond Tower, from whose windows you can enjoy of a unique view.

As if the experience alone were not enough, the designers MaurizioGalante and TalLancman will create a "work of art" in Murano glass with 280 gilded glass leaves for an elevation of 140 centimeters that reproduces the Krug characteristics by capturing the perlage and crystallizing the "essence.

To participate in one of the seven exclusive evenings, just go to the website www.krugencapitale.it starting from January 20th and book. Three menus are proposed, one for 250 euros and one for 300 euros. The Chef, for the dishes, was inspired by both champagne, refined and elegant, and by the city itself, by the cuisine linked to the territory. Some reinterpretations that you will find in the menus?
