Their mother didn't have much time left to live and so this couple decided to change their wedding plans
Love for a child is something infinite and indescribable. Jeff knows it well, who has always loved and respected his mother, Deneen, for everything she did for him. From the first days of life to that moment Deneen is always been by Jeff's side, supporting him and helping him grow.
Life is unfortunately not always perfect and Deneen has found herself struggling with a tough enemy, breast cancer. Jeff has always been by her side helping her in the hardest moments but unfortunately after 12 years of brave battle Deneen was losing, she had only a few days left to live.
When Jeff found out the news, he didn't think twice. His mother had been with him in the most important moments of his life and did not want, nor could he, make her miss one of the most important events: his marriage.

Jeff and his girlfriend decided to celebrate the wedding in the shelter where his mother resided, so as not to tire her further. The ceremony was consecrated by the hospice chaplain and the couple managed to have clothes to wear in a few hours. The friends decorated the hospice room with flowers, weddings, candles, and lots and lots of love.
Deneen, was over the moon: "I'm really very happy" and never would have thought that his son's love could go so far.
We all think, a little selfishly, of marriage as OUR big day. Everything revolves around us and our needs but fortunately, stories like these make us understand that marriage is also an act of love, with the our half, to celebrate with the people we love most.
Before he died, 11 days after the wedding, Deneen told his son: "Now I can leave this world in peace, because the" love I feel for you will never go anywhere, but will stay here, with you ".
A lot of weddings make people cry, but this one is truly unique. This wedding shows what it truly means to take care of the people in our life and love them, even on a special day like our wedding.
