I'm susceptible ...

Why am I susceptible?

You often hear yourself say "You take it for nothing, you are too sensitive!" and consequently you take it even more! Because?

This reaction is a symptom of a deeper malaise, due to a loss of self-esteem. Sure, no one likes to be criticized, but there's no need to go on a rampage at the slightest remark! In general, a susceptible person tends to generalize criticisms, extracting them from their context, and thinks that each sentence has a hidden meaning. This attitude expresses a lack of self-esteem and reveals a personality obsessed with the judgment of others.

How to fight this problem?

To begin with, you have to do some work on yourself. Make a list of your positive qualities and try to understand why others appreciate you, you will see that you will immediately be able to consider criticisms more objectively!

Not all criticisms are the same: some are born out of a jealousy of you, while others are done for your good. Only the latter will allow you to improve yourself, learn to recognize them.

Also try not to get paranoid: no, no one hates you, no, your sister didn't think anything bad when she said she didn't like your new dress!

If all of that doesn't work

If despite our advice you continue to think that everyone hates you and judges you badly, it is better to have recourse to a specialist, who will help you regain confidence in yourself.
