Dolcelieve: pastry for celiacs
The products, made with a few simple natural ingredients and completely free of gluten, milk derivatives and nuts, are offered in refined packs with a double format of 60 and 120 gr. The line will be distributed in pharmacies and in some selected departments in Italian and international department stores.
The brand was born from an "idea of FabianaGiacomotti, journalist and university professor, precisely because of her strong hypersensitivity to lactose. After taking them to PittiTaste2009 (see the gallery of Pitti Taste 2012 here), she comes into contact with Iginio Massari thanks to the director of the EnzoVizzari Espresso Guide Produced by PandeaDietetica, known for the "LIberi di Cibo", "Pandea" and "Celì" lines, aimed at the increasingly large audience of celiacs, DolceLieve arrives on the shelves.
Here are the products, all prepared with the highest quality ingredients, both sweet and savory:
- Corolle: biscuits with Sorrento lemon peel and Sicilian citrus fruits, reminiscent of the corolla of a flower;
- Mignole: light and fragrant crackers with Taggiasca olives.
