Massimo Bottura conquers the podium among the 50 best restaurants in the world of 2014
Last night the 2014 edition of "50 World" s Best Restaurant "was held, an event sponsored by Acqua Panna and San Pellegrino which elects the best restaurants in the world. Honor to Noma, a Danish restaurant run by the chef of Macedonian origin Rene Redzepi, which regained the top after three consecutive wins in 2010, 2011 and 2012. Noma stole the highest peak at the restaurant El Celler de Can Roca from Girona (Spain) finished first place last year.
Italy is also on the podium, thanks to the culinary mastery of Massimo Bottura and the restaurant "L" Osteria Francescana ". For the second year the chef from Modena has conquered the third place thanks to his mastery and his ingenious molecular cuisine that never forgets the deep Emilian origins.
